When Founder T Tsai first started eCommerce in 2015, the majority of projects he oversaw and managed projects for sustaining growth, developing compliance plans. Very quickly, he realized that what made him the happiest and valuable was when working on a task was to support and optimize business growth.

After years of helping businesses to break multi-million dollar barriers and launching dozens of successful projects, and multiple promotions, but never having time to help anyone in any meaningful way, Tsai decided to dedicate his time and talent to helping small to medium-sized businesses. One of his favorite stories is one day when he got on a team administrator for Amazon Retail, and elevated growth percentage every month, and no one noticed or cared.
